One-to-One Private Classes
Private classes will be held via zoom
You may be completely new to yoga and would like to know some basics before joining a class full of more experienced students.
Perhaps you would like to make sure you are practicing with correct alignment for your body.
You could be recovering from an injury and need to find a way to practice yoga safely again.
